I've been using Humble Bundle for quite awhile (at least 6 years) and have always found this to be a great service. I've never had issues. I've been a subscriber to the Monthly collection, and am a regular purchaser of bundles (only use the actual store for individual games a few times a year, but the others I purchase monthly). Everything always goes well, and most deals are pretty good. I've never had a reason to use customer service, so I can't comment on how good or bad that is, but the remainder of the store and experience I consider to be top notch. Just was passing

They just took my money and give me nothing.
I purchased a game 7 days ago. The payment was deducted from my PayPal account but not keys or game was sent to me. I contacted support and they just ignore me. Now I'm asking for a refund as I don't want to engage with them anymore for this or any future product, and still waiting.
They just took my money and give me nothing. Not recommended at all.

hero to zero
before IGN bought them they were awesome, like true rockstars of the retail videogame industry. since the second IGN bought them they have slid further and further in to the sewer. 3 of my last 3 purchases from them have been hassles at best and absolute nightmares at worst. their support is garbage, taking days to get an actual response and account management is convoluted and profoundly stupid. their prices are no better than other places and they frequently run out of keys (..on things like PRE ORDERS!). they should have just closed up shop instead of selling to ign, atleast then the site could have died with dignity.

I would not not suggest buying from Humble Bundle from my own experience.
I bought a game and never got the key. It's been four hours since I contacted support and no response. This is the worst place to buy games I've ever encountered. The support team is horrible, literally any other support team will be faster than theirs. I would not not suggest buying from Humble Bundle from my own experience.
Edit: I've heard from other people that their support takes weeks to reply. So don't expect their support to get back to you.

They would rather fetishize gay people than give us good promotions
The quality of games has been extremely bad for well over a year. I cancelled my subscription a while ago, but kept getting emails and checking in on their bundles to make sure there's something I might like. It's sad to see that instead of going about and getting actual good bundles, they instead decide to sell us fetishized gay porn. I highly recommend not wasting any money here, you could save more money by just outright buying the games you want; and an upside of not promoting the fetishization of gay people.

Humble Bundle has no regard for legal obligations to refund
Humble Bundle blatantly rejects Australian Consumer Law despite being subject to it. Refunds are not provided as required by the law. I assume they're waiting for the ACCC to take them to court specifically, as was done successfully with Valve, Sony, and Electronic Arts.

Didn't cancel account when asked
Didn't cancel account when asked. Now I just got charged for a second month and need to file a chargeback with my credit card. They trick you over and over again into staying subscribed, and if you don't go through 5 pages, you don't get unsubscribed.
There's also no visibility about what games you're getting (which have been awful).

Bait and switch
They run promotions prominently advertising getting coupons if you purchase their top tier bundle. I can't recall ever purchasing a subscription, can't find any receipt of said transaction yet they didn't provide the coupon for the monthly bundle which is the whole reason I bought it.
Won't be buying from then any longer.

Great Customer Support by Richie
I made a mistake by replacing PayPal addresses so I contacted customer support. I received a quick response from one of the customer support representatives - Richie. I'm writing this review as a praise to this CSR cause he did an outstanding job helping me resolve a very stressful issue.
Outside of customer service, Humble Bundle is a great company in general. They offer the best game deals and I don't think I will ever unsubscribe from HB choice/monthly. I recommend HB bundles to everyone.

First time ordering
First time ordering, it took ages for payment to be taken and for it to be authorised, so cancelled order. Been a week now and the payment is still pending in my bank, even though i cancelled it the same day. I had to but game from another website which took minutes to get Key code. Will NEVER USE HUMBLE BUNDLE AGAIN.

Customer service is diabolical
Customer service is diabolical, Don't actually do anything when you explain your issues to them. Don't care once they have your money. Don't respond to messages even after many days have passed!
My advice is avoid them especially if and when you have a issue

Long time valued customer
I have been using Humble Bundle for years, since it began! I have always enjoyed the products, bundles, and direction that this group has gone. I understand the value proposition issues below, but this is for charity.

What's with the downvote brigade?
I honestly don't get why they have such a bad rating here (probably lack of effort in trying to aquire reviews). Looks to me like a bunch of resellers got their accounts banned and brigaded the brigading to where it is now (2.5).
Humble bundle for years has reliable curated valuable bundles and supported charities.

I got ripped off...Last time!!!!
I bought a game from Humble Bundle. I had problems with my computer and couldn't install the game so I had to reinstall install my OS but since I already accessed the redeem code I couldn't access the code again and I need it to install the game back on my computer. I emailed Humble Bundle to give me access to the code and they don't answer. I wanted to play this game so I bought another one and they would not let me and they still have not given me my old code. I got ripped off...Last time!!!!

Fair prices and helpful staff.
I have been using Humble Bundle for many years. Their keys are legit and provide the maximum amount of revenue to the developers, unlike steam which takes a 30% cut. Their bundles can be great and are often still worth the price when there is only one item you want from it.
Customer service has been great. I do have to clarify that the majority of my experience is from before the platform owner switch. Customer service was helpful, understanding and made an effort to keep the exchange enjoyable. Can you imagine a customer service contact being enjoyable?

Trustworthy and reliable website; some things could use more clarity
Trustworthy and reliable website, no problem with a transaction or game key whatsoever. I'd rather avoid commenting on what the site has on offer, that is largely a matter of taste and if Humble Choice isn't enough, you can always take advantage of its -20% discount on all titles after you subscribe to Premium. One thing that could use an improvement is how some things are worded - I had trouble figuring out how much a month of subscription would last, and what it would get you. No trouble canceling a subscription so far.

The games get worse every month
The games get worse every month, this month I forgot to unsubscribe and now I have 11 garbage games and Amnesia which will more than likely go on sale for cheaper. The price should really be a lot lower if its just going to always be a bunch of indie games

Used to be one of the very best deals…
Used to be one of the very best deals in gaming, now the 'pick up to 10 games' for any month will at best have 1/2 indie games worth installing and often nothing at all. My last 2-3 months of a sub (started before the horrible change) just ended up leaving most of my choices unpicked. :(

No customer service
I had an issue making a purchase through HumbleBundle where I was charged for one bundle but wanted to purchase another. I contacted their customer service immediately but they never responded (other than several automated responses asking if I had managed to resolve the issue on my own). Do not purchase here.

Amazing concept that I've enjoyed for years.
I have shopped with Humblebundle for multiple years without issues. Everything from their store, bundles to subscription products is easily manageable and easy to understand. They give you the opportunity to acquire som top quality content for cheap and even lets you choose how much and to whom you wish to donate, if any.
The only but I have is that they may sometimes seem biased in their curated products, but they always, I feel, leave it up to you to decide how and what you want to purchase.
Brilliant concept.
